MR. EVAN FARLEY
GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION
DEPUTY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICEREvan Farley joined the General Services Administration (GSA) as Deputy Chief Financial Officer in 2016. His career in federal financial management spans 24 plus years and includes U.S. government budget-related positions such as the FEMA Budget Director and at the Transportation Security Administration, the International Broadcasting Bureau (now the United States Agency for Global Media) and the Office of Management and Budget (as a Program Examiner in the International Affairs Division).
Mr. Farley also served a combined twenty-two years active and reserve duty as a Naval Officer until his retirement from the service in 2010. His tours include serving aboard the U.S.S. Pharris (FF-1094), at the U.S. Central Command, and two tours with the Seabees.
Mr. Farley is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, the U.S. Naval War College, and has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota. He lives in Arlington Virginia with his wife and two children.
